| Where to use the key from field-poisoning orc? |

The orc you kill in the cave with poison, drops a key, but where do it fit???

i think it's not use inside the Doctor's house, but on a hatch door in one of the two taverns in Rivelltown, possibly at Blue Boar Inn.

Goofy has it. It goes to a room in the Blue Boar Inn's basement.
Btw, nice avatar!  Although I though you'd want to use a goofy looking goldfish.
