Ok are there multiple ways to indentify an item?

How many different ways are there, to identify items armor...etc...etc..

thank you in advance...tried all the vendors btw no one identified anything for me///

identify items

object knowledge skills of the character determine if you can identify items...also bless raises stats so even if skill level is too low.. bless may boost skills enough and allow you to identify and equip items...
maybe there are other ways...?
