Do a search for "puzzle box" and you'll find about a dozen threads- you're not alone.

When you enter and go down the stone ramp, turn around to the left and you'll find a second stone ramp going back up. That will set you well on your way. The box is rather difficult to see, but you'll find it on a bottom shelf.

It's in the room, with the boss. Around the planks.(cages of the hollow hound, i think.)

In "the room with the boss"? Goodness, why didn't I think of that? I know exactly where to go, and I'll look for the big, neon sign that says "BOSS" with a big arrow pointing to the guy. And, while we're having such fun, it's the "Cells of the Hollow Hand". You really don't have to post in every single thread. Noone will think less of you, trust me.

1-By BOSS, I meant the most tough guy.
2-I don't post in every thread.
3-I hope it won't make you mad
4-About the hollow hand... Sorry!

After entering the underground cavern and spiraling downwards, confront and defeat the locals awaiting you. Upon approaching the steel door entrances of the underground Dwemer ruin tunnels, you will notice there are 2 tiers before you. The lower tier has 3 entrances, and the upper tier has one door, off to the side. Walk up the rocks to the second tier, and enter the door on the left hand wall. There is a pretty wimpy boss in there, and if you are any type of warrior at all you should be able to shellac him fairly easily. To your left upon entering the room, there is a shelf along the wall with much Dwemer things. The puzzle box is fairly small, but with a thorough search of that shelf, recovery is all but certain.

Just as a reminder, the "Creeper" merchant in Caldera purchases all Dwemer artifacts at full price. This room alone can be a nice bit of gold indeed, for those willing to make a couple trips ='.'=
