*SPOILER* Never's Tomb Quest

I've got the quest "Temple of tyr: Never's Tomb" from the Judge Oleff in the Hall of Justice. I've reached the tomb in the Peninsula district and meet the guard. I've taken the log book and read about the other 3 tomb.
Now the question is: i've look around all the Dosk's district but i've not found it! Where it is?
Thanks!

It is underneath the Silver Sail, accessable from a locked door. (Hint: The door can be opened by a quest item only)

************* Spoiler ******************

There are 3 items (shield, sword, arrow) at the first site. Each item corresponds to a riddle. For example: the shield matches the description of "the wall something", the arrow matches "something in flight" and the sword looks like....

By the way, there are some really nasty evil beasts inside once you solve the riddle and open the door.

Ooppss!! I remebered only now that you have to put the right item in the chests near the door! I was trying to use the items in every way possible (zero)...

strange. the graveyard tomb says something about a diamond, yet i put the shield in there and it worked. i know the arrow goes in the flying splinter box in the place behind the bookcase, (tough sword enemies btw) but will i be screwed when it comes to the "wall at arms length" door?

Well, you have already passed the graveyard (shield) and the bookcase (arrow). The last one will be the aqueduct (sword) as the riddle will ask for a tooth. BTW, tough fight ahead.
