what would be a usefull addition to this guide would be a dynamic map with key... the kind where you click a key symbol and all locations of that type are shown on the map, and similarly a list of all important locations, upon which a click will highlight the location of that area on the map. Screenshots could also be added, so when a player clicks an area they get a screenshot of it. Infact a worldguide such as this could possibly involve more work than the guide. I believe the german community has such a map, but quite basic compared to what i am proposing.

The format of this map would be difficult to decide, however standalone HTML could be te way to go, as it allows mouseovers, dynamic objects and linked screenshots. All would be contained in a zip and unopacked to proper paths.

Anyone think that this can be done?/ 'would' be done?

Will this guide contain a guide for the Die Nacht Des Raben addon or only Gothic 2 standalone?

No, the add-on wonīt be included.

I hope I can finish my parts of the guide in the first half of July. My spare time is limited these days.

Weīll have a pdf version of the Gothic cheat guide after the server move to Jolt. Itīs already finished.

how you can pick up a waypoint?
is there in the game some control wich shows what waypoint you are in or is it much difficult?

I thought if I could find waypoints myself...maybe..
they are only thing I need to know right now ..
sometimes it's funny to play the game again to find other way to finish it, but it's boring if you have to run all the time ....waypoints should make it faster

Itīs my fault. Whenever I think I have the time and motivation to go on something more important pops up and requires priority.
Now Iīm sure -as of now- that I will have a week in early October to work on it. Together with the great work the others did and are doing this will be a huge step forward.
