can't telaport after talking to the fifth Shaman

After talking to Grash-Varrag Arushat(fifth Shaman), I can't teleport to Xardas or any other place. The spell activates but I stay where I am. What am I doing wrong?

The dungeons/ temple are seperate levels; remember the loading process when entering the temple? Teleporting is possible out in the open only, i.e. in the huge outdoor/world level.
