i have radeon 9000 i dont know whats with it but in default like i bought it it gives strange textures ( errored textures) its like the radeon is overheated so i installed the tweakers and now its on minimum now it works fine but hell it works under its abbilitys again (sorry my english is shjit) |

Well I reinstalled the game on a defragmented HD and no change. 10-15 FPS in the worst parts of the city, of which there are many, and I find this unacceptable playing really. I'd like to know what tweaks were done to the people getting 20FPS in the city docks on full settings did? |
