HELP! Where's Lee???

I'm a member of New Camp and just entered chapter 4. But Lee's not to be found in his cave, where is he? I wanna buy the heavy armor (if I can), just reached lv. 20...
Please help me.

i haven't been in ch4 yet, but maybe you should search the camp, he may walk around. or try to insert him with a code...

i think that n ch4 he's on the dam, not sure though; but try it

He IS on the dam. He'll vent some feelings to you, and then you can see about the armor.
