| The long-waited GOTHIC MOD -Diccuric- has just been relased! |

After 2 years of hard wait, Now we could get the German version of the GOTHIC MOD: "DICCURIC"  . [411.4M, Total] Anyone who would like to enjoy it could download it at WORLD OF GOTHIC :

Now I am downloading it but, according to the traffic and the increasing number of linkers to these two files, I have to be very patient -[0~2Kb/S  , but 15 minutes ago it was 80~100Kb/S  ]
One more thing, maybe this is a topic post in a wrong forum, but I just think G2 forum has more vistors than that of the G1 forum, so I decide to post it here!

It looks pretty sweet, can't wait for the english to come out even if it is only subtitles (that's how I played most of G1, till I got new speakers).
any ideas on how many hours of gameplay it offers. (even if it is short i'll still play) just wondering though.
Also is there any other mods for gothic in english? (starting to wish I spoke german, NOTR would be less of an issue then, plus it would make me a much more versatile person).

OK.
First, you will need the gothic_playerkit_1.08english.exe, which could be downloaded at http://tagmt.devmode.de/downloads.htm.
Second, install(decompress) it to your root Gothic folder. E.G. ~G:\Gothic\
Then in the folder ...\Gothic\system\, there will be a EXE file named GothicStarter, that is the very one you need to play the mod.
Now, install the mod files you had downloaded, then click GothicStarter and run, you will find some choices of Gothic Mods, choose the right one you would like to enjoy and press Start Gothic. That is all.
NOTE:
I doubt you have already installed the mod, my advise is uninstalling it first, then install gothic_playerkit_1.08english which must be installed first, otherwise the mod file cannot be recognized.

Oh, man I can't wait for it to be released in English! Oh, by the way, I read the info on the mod and it said it had a completely new area with a completely new story, and you play as a different person. Then how come I saw Fisk and Drax in a couple of the screenshots?

Wow this looks so cooli just got gothic not even finished (looking for temple of the sleeper) but what is is it just small new things woven into the map or is a new area completely and sum1 said sumthing about you playigns as adifferent charecter how does that work wouldnt it mess up the story

hey is this mod in german or english im confused u've posted a download that looks like its to do with making it english but everyones saying its german and if it is german can u say when it will be translated becos it looks so cool
