I got the Ore Armor from the sunken Xardas tower. Then I went back to xardas who told me how to reactivate Uriziel and then he gave me a spell scroll, but... HE KEPT Uriziel for himself (he has the sword equipped on his back...)! 
how am I supposed to get the sword now?
trying to kill him is useless...
may i try to pickpocket him (i didn't train
but i can try)?
may i try to give him another weapon and hope
he likes it more (a Troll Fist or Innos Rage
from Gomez) and buy back uriziel?

It is very strange...
Xardas gave me both - rune and sword without rune...
You can get Uriziel by inserting it trought console command
insert MYTHRILKLINGE01
or
insert MYTHRILKLINGE02

For what it's worth.. this same bug happened to me.
I thought I dropped it, or sold it mistakingly..
After backing tracking/hacking&slashing, I only was left with the possibility that a cheat exisits somewhere where I could spawn this item for myself.
Thank heavens for disc. groups.
