but perhaps there was no need for a forests in morrowind ?!....
Well, it was a limitation of the programmers, not the artists. The "excuse" they gave was that too many layered alpha channels would kill the performance. My guess is that they wanted to include forests, but due to their engine design choices, they had to leave it out.
But was really matters is that G2 will have huge forests! |
