The "Boots of the Apostle" quest

Why can't I finish this Imperial Cult quest?

I have been to Berandas ruins and I have found the Boots of the Apostle (waering them ).
Is there anyone I need to talk to, to finish the quest???

Talk to Lalatia Varian in Ebonheart's Imperial Cult shrine. That is the official quest-giver for this assignment, I'd assume that is who you contact to get the "closure" that you seek.

Dont forget to be happy about those boots, theyre one of the best items in the game in my opinion. My highest ranked toon is still wearing them as she's tearing thru Bloodmoon, she loves them!

Thanks, that did it.
It's been a long time since I found the Boots....And I love them

Also love the Lord's Mail.....It's the best I've found at this time.
Before that, I used to wear Glass Armor....So I whent from 153 in armor to about 211
