access violation on start up
   

I installed gothic ver. 1.08j english and when i tried to play i got an access violation as soon as i clicked on the desktop icon, have new ati 9100 agp card updateed drivers, and i tried to update the patch for the game 1.08k but it would not install, said it could not find ver. 1.08h?any ideas? Thanks.

Are you sure you downladed the patch from our server? Maybe you should grab it again. Other sites also offer a patch 1.08i which is a small fix for Kyro cards.
A Radeon9100 is a relabelled 8500, so patch 1.08k is required.
