Where Is The First Orc Colonel???
   

I need to get the frist ring to start the quest? And i can't find ingram in the castle. maybe the quest is too late, maybe he died somehow? lol

Any orc war lord will do. The closest one is at Lobarts' farm. If you mean the main one he's hiding in a cave at the back of the valley outside the gate near Lobart's farm. Ingram is in the same room with Hagen. I don't think he sleeps.

Just bring one orcish warlords ring to Hagen, tell him about orcs attacking the land and there you go. After that talk to Ingmar and he gives you quest to find the Orc Colonel.
