Where is 2h tablet III?

Found all the lvl I and II 2h tablets, but cant seem to find the level III one. I've got the german maps which identify where tablets can be found, but it doesn't appear to be where it is referenced.

The map also has a note stating "Bei Malcom im Inventar". My experience with germanic-based languages is limited to Old English so not sure exactly what this says. However, I don't ever recall meeting an NPC named Malcolm. Can anyone give me some guidance here. Thanks in advance.

I think Malcom is in the passage to the valley that alligator jack takes you to.

Found it. Apparently Owen and Malcolm's body dont show up until chapter 3, or perhaps after you join the pirates in Chapter 2. Not sure just know it wasnt there the first time.
