Help Swamp Camp empty!!!!

After chasing the templar to the swamp to check things out, I find that it is devoid
of any life, there is no one around? What do I do now? Did I miss something?

This is a bug.
Reload an older save, if you can. Or have a look at the 'Old Mine' thread.

I bet you tried to rob Gor Na Drak for his secretions, eh.

Nothing wrong with an empty swamp camp.
