Iam in the free mine, taking out the OC guys, and I went down to get some minecrawlers, and now gorns stuck down there, how do i get him out? |

Try going out of the mine. I found when I went out he appeared next to me when the level loaded. |

Yeah that makes sense.
He keeps turning hostile on me though, I read that it's a bug, but will it effect the game in anyway? Seems that I would need to be friends with him if I am a merc.

After the first onslaught tell him to guard the entrance and look cool. If he doesn´t kill you everything is fine. |

He turned hostile on me several times and I had to load a savegame. I eventually got past it and was able to complete the game. |

He only attacked me once, but no matter how early I tell him to leave and watch the gate, he goes on about me picking on him, everytime I talk to him. |

The talking is unimportant as long as he doesn´t attack you.

And only with melee weapons, no (cross)bows
