Full version question - gone in 45 seconds. |
|
Well, after giving up on the demo version (the hero would vanish while trying to climb the ladder in the opening scene) I went out and bought the full version yesterday. I installed it this morning and the hero was able to use the ladder and go into the upper rooms. After some dialog, I left the house, saw a cut scene featuring Mardaneus and then I decided to investigate the town. I came upon four statures of dragons and after clicking on each one, they would move a little each time and finally "pop" into a locking position. After the fourth statue was "popped" into position the play screen went black. The map system worked and I could move the hero around a little, but that was it. Did I do something out of sequence or is this a bug (I did install the latest patch from the manufacturer). |

Looks like an out-of-sequence bug.
Don't play with the little dragons until Lanilor (the elf healer who is talking to Mardaneus) asks you too. It's a quest-related thing. _________________ Freeeeeeedom! Thank heavens it's summer!

I guess it's like playing with the little winches before you're supposed to in Gothic. _________________ Freeeeeeedom! Thank heavens it's summer!
