I'm working on the tribunal quests.I just finished Barilzar's Mazed Band, and right afterward you're supposed to be told about an attack in the Plaza Brindisi Dorom on the south side of the city. However nothing's coming up. No matter how long I wait it doesnt come up. I cant finish the quests without that coming up. Please help me! Is there a console command other than filljournal that'll take care of it? If I use filljournal, -all- my quests will be done. I dont want that. |

Without giving too much away, if you know what Almalexia's Light is, you've completed that portion of the quest. If you don't know what it is, you've missed something - go back and see if anyone has anything more to say.
If that portion of the quest is definitely complete, then as you say you need to wait 24 hours or so before the next phase begins. Then go and have a chat with the townsfolk - you might just be talking to the wrong people.
