Vas Quest!!!!
   

The quest I recived from Percius Mercius was to "Aid the Buoyant Armiger Ulyne Henim in her expedition to Vas which is on a remote island west of Dagon Fel."

First off I found Dagon Fel and Vas.
My only problem is where Ulyne Henim is?

Could someone tell me where this person can be found.

make sure you're at VAS and not VOS. vas is a little island, with a necro stronghold on it. it's pretty easy to find. she should be at the door on the south east of the island. if not, dunno
