Hero out of control

I encountered a problem with Gothic 2 is when all of a sudden....I have no control over the character. He spins all out of control on my screen and my mouse couldnt control him.

It only happen once a while....sometimes never happen.

If that happens when he is near a NPC character...they will automatically go into a conversation until all the dialogues are used up and there is no way I could stop it.

If I make him draw a weapon and make him swing the blade left or right with the mouse button and the left right keys...instead..he strafe left and right.
It happened a few time and during battles.......i cant control my hero's movements and he was slashed to death or he will run off a cliff and fall to his death.

I have to make him draw his weapon and keep his weapon a few times and then everything when back to normal and I can control him again.

I also notice when I am on the internet...occasionally, like just now...multiple windows popping all over the screen and I cannot control them.

I never experience this before.
I don't know what happen...maybe my mouse or keyboard need new replacement?

Nope..I was not in marvin mode.
Much earlier..I did use marvin mode...just to check on Cassia & Bullco's stats....other than that I never use marvin.

Its not serious..and it rarely happen....but when it happens....it 's trully annoying esp when I am in the middle of a battle. Anyhow...thanks guys for your advice. it seems OK today...so far nothing happen.

I got a suspicion its my mouse going bonkers.
