If you push the tab key , u can change u're view to third person. You'll be able to see yourself then.

I also heard that if you will hold tab you can rotate with camera around your character and examine him/her from all sides. |

Yep. The vanity-cam. Just to make sure you're stylin' when you're walking around towns.
