a candidate for the oblivion ultra secret experiment

i am looking for a feasible candidate for Mr Ignaz ultra secret oblivion experiment (and so i will be able to brew portions ). Moe, at the pub`s entrance, is a little to hard to try.
what do you think, any citizen of the port area will do?

Beat Valentino, he deserves it. Best time is morning hours, when he's walking home.
No citizen of the port area will do, because folks there are used to such quarrels.

Valentino is hanging around in the bar until 4 o'clock in the morning. He then comes out and is all by himself. Beat him up and tell Regis about it first and then talk to the bartender Coragon.

I beat up Ignaz himself.

Hehe I did that too ... but from what I remember that didn't work ... Ah well, at least I stocked up on Oblivion spells
Is Valentino the only one that can "complete" this mission? I don't recall beating anybody else would have worked ... and I want to try alternatives.

This last time through I beat up Constantino and used Oblivion, and that satisfied the quest just fine.

I always beat up Ignaz and use Oblivion on him, just for the extra spell scrolls.

Just to do it differently, I didn't beat up Valentino this time -- I just picked his pocket for his key and robbed his house while he was away.
