I was wondering if anyone else had this problem. I have the sky graphics turned on, but it only stays on when I first start playing. I think it is whenever I look down at the ground so I am not looking at all at the sky it goes away until I reload a savegame.

It sounds like a 3DFX problem.

GeForce cards also have a similar problem with it's T&L textures.

It's nothing of a problem.

It isn't a major problem, it just looks much cooler with the sky graphics. I have a Radeon, so maybe an ATI problem. Anyone with a Geforce experience this?

I use a radeon myself and i do not have the problem.
So it could be the settings you are useing. Try to change the fog emulation and so on.
