Baladra's (mage's) abandoned tower

I can't find it.. I even killed the guy while exploring some Daedric Ruins. Afterwards, pple said that his tower was NorthWest of the town.. unfortunately, i can't remember where I was. Anyone know??

Er, this might be a long shot, but ey.

If you meant Baladas Demevanni, the Telvanni mage, his 'tower' is in Gnisis, inside a fenced-in area pretty much inside the city. I forget what it's called, but I'm sure you'll recognize it - its entrance looks like a normal Redoran door, shell and all.
