I donated the rising force potion at one of the shrines and i got rising force. but it doesn't seem to be going away....not that i'm complaining but I don't want it to where out a 5km above sea level if you know what i mean

I believe all shrine effects last for one day, so return to ground level and sleep/wait for 24 hours. That should get rid of it.
