Who's said it will be in 3D?

I haven't heard anything since Bioware denied they were working on BG3...

It'll definately in 3d, but I don't think in the way of NWN. Should be more like TToE. 3d polygons over a 2d background.

I wish this whole Baldur's Gate 3 could be laid to rest. So many people complain there is nothing original for RPGs, yet they clamour for a sequel to a great game series which could never live up to the originals. If this gets made, it will be another major disappointment in the annals of sequals.

Let it rest, enjoy the memories, find something new.
