Just got my copy of Arx Fatalis today..question for you guys

I noticed from the pics in the last few weeks that the xbox version looks awesome. I just got it for pc and I have a good pc. Will it look like some of the xbox pics or better? Does it look this good on your pc? Link below.

Mine looks just the same as what you showed on the link. In the game you have 360 degree turns and it is perfect for me as compared to xbox. Install and enjoy. Just be sure to read the forum here, as the game for PC lacks good ingame hints to tell you what to do and where to go. We are here to help. I got a lot of help and ideas from others here. Be sure to download the patch before starting to play. Find it here in the support files. Have fun.

Your welcome. You'll find a lot of help here most of the time. Have fun with it and now go save Arx.

I think there is an Arx Fatalis guide somewhere here in the support file section. It really helped me alot. In fact, i wouldnt have finished Arx if it wasnt for that guide.

Walkthrough

Did you print the PDF file? That is the best. It has all the maps, the walkthrough, the side quests, the secret words, and a list of all the stats and stuff in the game. I know I wouldn't have finished the game without it.

PDF File

Log on to Arx site as you did to get here. On the left you see the list under Arx and under the word walkthrough is word file. Click it and the PDF comes up. It is great because it helps but doesn't give away everything, and all the stuff is in one file. Makes a nice little book to refer to. I warn you it is long if you want to print it.

Re: Just got my copy of Arx Fatalis today..question for you

The xbox pictures look brighter and more colorful than the same scenes in the PC game. I don't think adjusting the colors in my game would have given such nice colors. (Btw, I have GE 3 and my monitor is only two years old, if that makes any difference. Which it shouldn't, since I'm viewing the xbox pics on the same setup:)

Screen shots?

I have no idea how to do that. There are screen shots listed on the main site. You might want to start a new thread for that question. You'll get a better response I think. I thought my pictures looked as good as the XBox stuff also.
