Crossbow training?
   

Is there anyone besides Dragomir in chapter one that can teach crossbow without having to get 40 dex to train me straight off?

maybe one city guard in town, the right exit fro mthe city court of the city guards but I'm not sure, I'm not such a bowman myself I like the action up close
