The Telasero index? Where exactly is it?

I have found nine of the indexes and was given the task of finding the last index, the Telasero Index. When I arrived at Telasero it looked familiar. Upon entering the compound, I realized that I had been there on an earlier quest and apparently cleaned the place out of goodies. Hopefully I have overlooked the index (I kind of doubt it) and it is still there. I don't want to go to every store in Morrowind and try to find where I pawned it and then again, I have invested some time in the other nine indexes. So can someone tell me where exactly is the tenth index in Talasero?
