I'm looking for the K & Z stones and have just gotten the quest from the rebel leader to find the shield.
When I went back to my room I found a dead chicken on my bed. Does this mean anything? It reminded me that when I did that cheat with the bone and the chair at the beginning of the game and then started clicking on my ill gotten gains and the chicken in my inventory, I saw a note about a mweting, somewhere, sometime that is long since past.
I haven't gotten the chicken side quest yet. I have not even been near where you get it. But I did read a note in some room about Inut.

Nope. Nuthin to do with the cheat. Somebody's just out to get you... And the fact that these guys at JoWood have a chicken fetish. |

You can clean up the mess. Pick up the chicken and carry it anywhere you want to in the castle. I put it outside one of the others room, as I was sure they were in on it. It's just a little side fun.
