Need Light plugin!!!

Although I think Morrowind is a very good game , but the Atmosphere isn't Perfect , IMHO the wilderness outside areas need more light. Do anyone know of a Plugin that adds some light. I don't want just a constant night vision effect!

P.S. Please don't tell me of "True Light & Darkness" plugin .

Thanx

If you take advantage of the alchemy exploit, you can create light potions that make the darkest cave completely bright as far as you can see, and the duration will be plenty long.

I think you didn't understand me right , I'm a khajiit so I don't need night vision , but I hate it when in the morning you go into some wilderness areas... & find it as dark as a cave... The problem isn't in seeing but in atmosphere.
