Get the PC version or wait for the xbox?
500 AMD, 384 RAM and Geforce 2 MX 400

If all settings were on low?

First of all, you will be able to get a decent frame rate (low detail). The question is, do you rather have LOTS of mods and the editor or do you rather have good graphics?
