Mages of Fire - Scrolls Info Needed

Can anyone please tell me who can sell Level 4+ Circle of Fire scrolls? Would be a great help

All the spells you'll need for creating runes can be bought from Gorax in the monastery. At least I did not find any spell that he did not sell. But you will only be able to buy the spells of higher circles from him if you have already gained that circle.

karras in the library sells some scrolls, mostly summoning and transforming.

the mage praying to the statue in the stone gazebo on the way to the monestary (his name escapes me right now) sells a few scrolls as well, but mostly the same things as Gorax. maybe youll find some luck there
