New Gaming site for Mourning looking to expand the team

Current Positions Available
• Assistant Manager
• Columnist
• Forum Moderator - 1 Position available
• Graphic Designer
• Recruiter
• Reporter

General Requirements
• You must be at least 18 years old OR display the proper maturity through various interviews. Your actions represent OnHall and we don’t want it to look bad only positive
• You must have some knowledge for the position you are applying for
• You must spend an adequate amount of time each day on the position you are hired for. The amount varies depending on the position.

Assistant Manager Requirements and Duties
• You must display and have an aptitude for leadership and multi-tasking.
• Must have good people skills
• You must work well in a team environment as well as independently on assignments.
• You must assign and over see projects that the Site Manager and you come up with. Also you have to do a weekly report on the progress of each project to the Site Manager.

Columnist
• You must be able to gather information about Mourning and write informative articles. Articles can range from game information to specific strategies
• At the minimum you must write 2 articles a week. Once you are done you pass your article on to the Assistant Manager who proof reads it and coordinates with the Site Manager and then posts it
• Also you must have a firm grasp of the English language
• Bi-lingual is a major plus!

Forum Moderator
• You must be able to uphold the rules and policies set forth by the OnHall Network and Site Manager
• You must be a helpful and friendly presence in the forums. Try to answer or help any poster as much as possible. In other words, good people skills. Word will spread that this is a good place to get answers and to post and make friends.
• If any poster is in violation of any rules or policies you must give the poster a friendly reminder and post a link to the rules (edit the post if necessary). If the poster continues to disregard the rules and policies then you let the Site or Assistant Manager know and we will discuss a plan of action. During this time, remain a friendly helpful presence to that person while being firm at the same time.
• Bi-lingual is a plus!

Graphic Designer
• Must have an intermediate knowledge of graphics and able to do projects assigned to them in an adequate amount of time.
• Be able to make banners, signatures, wallpapers and graphics for the site and forum.
• Must show a resume of work

Recruiter
• A recruiter must have good people skills
• A recruiter must go to different gaming sites in order to recruit more players/posters to our site and forum. For example, all mmorpg sites as well as sites dedicated to just the game Mourning.
• A recruiter must NOT spam other forums in order to try to get more players/posters. This would give our site and OnHall a bad reputation. Please post in the appropriate forum and either check on your posts or leave a contact email. Also keep track of the sites you post in, in order to pass the links off to the Assistant Manager as proof of your work.

Reporter
• A reporter must have good people skills and act as professionally as possible
• When asking for an interview from any of the staff at Mourning, please give an example of your questions to the Assistant Manager who will look over it and coordinate with the Site Manager. Once approved the report will be passed on to the columnist who will publish it
• A reporter must inform all appropriate people of any game changes before the general public so if needed we can make changes to the site.
• A reporter also acts as a fact finder. He/She must look up any new information and provide it for us.
