Well, I could use some help. I purchased the game last week and I still haven't been able to play. I will start off by saying - I'm NOT Mr. Computer and most of the time I'm lucky if I can figure out how to start AOL....OK...maybe not that bad....but close. Heres my problem so far.....the installation went GREAT....however after that things started going down hill. I sat through the beginning video - whooo hooo - damn I was excited.....however immediately afterwards the screen turned a milky color and once it came back to the game there was something odd....some of the screen looked ok...but like the characters and trees and stuff was still milky. After reading the troubleshooting forum I have come the conclusion that it must be a Video Driver problem.....HOWEVER....I know NOTHING about Video Drivers...is there a driver that you guys could recommend I download or buy? Give me advices guys....I really need the help - or I'll be forced to throw the game into the garbage.
I have a Standard PCI Graphics driver now.....Thanks guys for your help - in advance....feel free to E-mail me directly also if you'd like

Do you know what kind of graphics card you have? What operating system are you using?
To check out your adapter, right click on your desktop and choose properties, choose the SETTINGS tab, click on the ADVANCED button, and then choose the ADAPTER tab. Depending on your device you'll have other tabs to change 3D settings and such; if you know nothing about it then you probably shouldn't do anything without assistance. You might want to reset defaults for everything if you've already made the attempt.
Alternatively, try running msinfo32. You can find a button on the help->about of MS Word for system information if all else fails. Otherwise...
From the desktop choose Start->Run and then enter msinfo32 for the program name. Then look for display in the components section. |

You can download the latest Ati Drivers which are at 4.13.7189. You will also want the latest version of directx. You can also try Gateway, but you'll have to search by keyword or PART NUMBER, of all things.
