Heh, they are developing the English version (or the US version), So that will be the first one that will be finished.

They are trying to make that date. Everything is set for it, so for now I assume it is the correct date.

Yes, it's mentioned nowhere. Larian Studios is publishing this game theirselves and have local publishers taking care of the distribution and advertising. Australia was never mentioned as having a local publisher, unless one of the current publishers takes over this task you are stuck with importing the game.
