I think he is level 21 or 22. But I have my PC with Wizardy far away for few days... So I am not sure.

So, You say, that the power of level i cast, depends on how ofen i use it ?????? |

Hi, welcome here. No need to worry about your English. I am from Czech Republic and my Enslish is also not good.
To your question:
Better to say: power level avelaible for your character depends also on how often you use spells from that realm (your skills in specific realm will be better).

The pure spellcasters can at level 18 cast level 7 spells (highest possible spell level), for hybrids (Lords, Valkyries, Samurais etc.) they have to wait until level 22 to cast level 7 spells.
To cast a level 7 spell with a high power level you need both lots of skill points in the realm the spell belongs to, and a lot of mana connected to that realm. When you level up you can put some points in the magic realms, but you also need to use them a lot in battle, if you want to be able to use them with highest power level. You can expand your mana pool for a magic realm by learning all the spells connected to that realm. So no matter if you like a spell or not, learn it anyway to expand your manapool! |

Easy to say, but when i level up, i can learn only one spell. So it's quite difficult to have them all (all spells). |

There are many spell books to find or buy, which can expand your magic knowledge.
