I always use horoscopes as a means to find out if it's a good day to ban anyone.
Unfortunately none of them ever mention that. They mostly deal with if it's a good day for love

I'll put it this way. I answered NO because I believe horoscopes in no way use the stars to predict the future.
I would say yes somewhat though, because in general horoscopes are just broad information that will somehow apply to anyone, despite their astrological sign. So usually they are right, but only because they are guessing things that are true for most people.
