hey..
i got the old camp teleporter.. and i got milton to help me induce power into the sword

HOWEVER....
i havent done this yet. i decided to try to teleport to old camp
i do that.. kill the Barristo fella (whatever he called) and his puny guards
i loot all the corpses. and boy does the old camp mages have a ton of stuff.

will this ruin anyhting further in the game? or is this worth doing for all the ore and spells and potions ?

if i go outside i got killed by raven and some fellas.. just because i ran ut like an idiot..
shll i resume an older save game.. or shall i go and slaughter the old camp

please let me know..

If you have this rune, you can kill them all (if you are able to do this), this will not affect future quests)

Do as you please; kill them, or kill them not. I tried not to kill any of them, just beat them up and rob them of their stuff, even though it became annoying after a while to travel around the courtyard with a host of angry guards and ore-barons on my trail.

The time will come when you'll be able to kill him. Just be patient.

I spared everybody, if possible. One tour through the game I actually did it (kill all OC guards) just to feel rotten afterwards.
All of them? Wait, I let a few live, namely Skip (he stood there with an arrow notched all the time, watching the battle raging on the castle yard, but he obvioulsly couldn't decide on whom to help - didn't attack me, at least -, so I let him live, and then there was the guard who's been standing deep down in the dungeons, guarding the empty cells. I finished Bullit on the way down, then I came for the last dungeon guard, but he did the usual Shadow thing and ran away screaming, so I let him go. I guess he must have noticed that I had just wiped out the whole garrison and he was the only guard left (beside Skip).

Usually, though, I'm not that brutal. I let them all live all my other times through the game.

Don't misjudge me, Danicek. I didn't choose my avatar for his likeness in terms of looks ...

But I agree, glory to the peaceful ones.

Join the Water Mages, train to Circle Five. Then Xardas will give you the option to become a Necromancer.

Look at the FAQ above, 'ranks' depending on your post count are explained.
And once you reach a post count of 300, you can choose your own avatar as described here:
