Problem with expansions

I have both the Tribunal and Bloodmoon expansion.
The problem is that ther's none of the changes to the journal the manuel says:

"Click Quests to see all your active quests (Show Active) or all the quests you've completed (Show All). As you finish quests, they will grey out...."

In my journal ther is no "Show Active/All" botton and none of my quests are greyed out. I have finish many quests by now (I'm level 53).
But I have played for long with none of the expansions, but with the officiel plug-ins "installed". And now I have installed both expansions (Tribunal first and then Bloodmoon).

What's wrong????

Maybe it's not been very well described - let me try again.

The diary-like entries in the Journal never grey out. The extra functionality is reached via the non-intuitive Options link (bottom left of the page). This pops up an index you can use to search for journal entries (click on the letter you want, scroll and click on the word you want). However, at the bottom of this index page is a new link called Quests - click this to get to the quest view.

You should now see a list of active quests, with the Show All link at the top. Click Show All to add completed quests to the display, and you'll see the greying out that the manual tries (fails) to describe. Click Show Active to go back to the previous view.

If you've been playing without the added quest system for a while, you'll doubtless have hundreds of quests active!
