I know the Seekers are supposed to posess you, but I always healed it before anything serious happened, and now I am curious as to what happens if you don't heal it.

If you don't heal from possesion, you will have nightmares every time you go sleeping and you won't heal in your sleep.

Cool! Are the nightmares cutscenes? Or does the screen just say "You had nightmares and do not feel better."?

The second one, you get the wierd red screen from when they possessed you and it says the nightmares kept you from resting.
