You get the teeth by doing a quest in the Hive. There is a lady named Ingress (I think, fuzzy memory) near the Mortuary who tells you a tale of her plight. Promise to help her. Go to the Smoldering Corpse Bar (you can pick up Dak'kon here, he'll train you to be a fighter or mage I think) and talk to a guy named Candrian, he'll give you a charm and ask him to help Ingress. He'll help her and then return. He'll give you her teeth as a parting gift.

Oh, okay, thanks.

Btw, i got a quest from a guy, he told me to deliver a box, and not to open it. Of course i opened it! Killed the monster and took the ruby... what is it good for?

You should have done the quest, it was rather amusing I think.
I think you can sell the ruby to a mage in the Ragpicker's Square, but I'm not sure on that.
Another place to sleep is a Mebbeth's in the Ragpicker's Square. She can even teach you to become a mage. Her tedious tasks do have a purpose.

Uh... I think that was the kicking the old man out of the Flophouse quest I told you about earlier.
And yes, Planescape is full to the brim with quests, many that are very rewarding.

Djeez Val, are you doing this from memory? If so then I'm impressed.

It's not all from memory. I wrote down some notes as I was replaying the game. Now I'm trying to interpret those notes.

You should see my notes from Ultima 6! I look at them now and I just get really confused. The manuel is just covered in stuff I can no longer interpret.
