okay I got this fighters guild quest where I must get a code book from a guy in South Side in Balmora. Problem is he won't give me the book cause his affection towards me is only 12. Is there any way I can get him to like me more? I have bad personality so bribing and admiring will only make him hate me more.

Well if bribing and flaterring is out then try taunting her in to fighting u.

I had to bribe her 100 gold, to get it, bribing 10 gold will insult her. You might have to bribe twice, but I think she was only a little over 50 before she would give it to me.
