Ok, so I know where to get digger armour, but it looks ugly as hell and I don't want it.
And I think I know where to get guard/shadow armour, but since it's bright red, it would be pretty obvious where I come from when I travel around the other camps...
Isn't there any "neutral" armor to get anywhere? |

where is it that u get shadow armour.. and how bout breast plates... no clue where to get those... all i can get is digger trousers... |

No, there's no neutral armor. But don't worry about the other camps. They don't care about which faction's armor you wear. If you want to get armor early in the game get the one from the Psi camp (buy it from one of the guards at the gate). It's got the best values and is not too expensive.

I doubt that you ever get the breast plate armour ever, since you never get to be a heavy guard.
