| What does "Stunted Magicka" mean? |
|
Birthsign of "The Atronach" has the advantage "Fortify Maximum Magicka 2.0 x Intelligence"
But it has the disadvantage "Stunted Magicka", what does this mean? difficult to increase magic skills or something else?
High elf has the Inherent Ability: 50% weakness to magicka, what is it? weakness to use magic or weakness to magic against self? |

It means you do not regain mana by sleeping. The corresponding sign though allows your character to regain mana by absorbing spells of others.
While, for the 2nd question, it should mean the weakness to opponent's magic, but High elf also has 50% weakness to fire, then High elf has 100% weakness to fire, right? |

Magicka means magic effects like blind or paralyze. It doesn't count for elemental attacks.
For example, if an enemy casts 50% blind at a high elf with 50% magicka weakness, he will be blinded by 100%.
BTW, this is a strange post... |
