Gothic 3 graphics are too dull!!

Was it me or that those screenshots shown are too dul!!. Can anyone tell the developers?

Yes they are realistic to me but it seems very dull and plain. The old graphics seems more beautiful.

I like realistic characters but the environment or the living world are too realistic which makes it look plain and dull. Please could someone inform PB before it's too late? I can't speak german otherwise i would have gone to the official site and let them know on that.

Thanks.

i think the screenshots look different than the previous games (which i agree they were beutiful in the last one) but i actually think these are better.
but thats just me.

The GFX are still in progress.I don't know if PB have already integrated the final shadowing and lighting system. I think they will look much better when you see'em in motion.

Dull and plain can sometimes be good. like in this game, it fits the situation. The graphics are fabulous, but look plain, and simple, which fits the morale which is hanging in the whole mainland. The orcs have invaded, and are destroying everything.

Besides, if you watch the in-game movie, you will see that there are lots of beautiful places.

The Graphics are different that much is true, but dull and plain are hardly the words I would choose.

I'm going to wait untill I see the end product before I say too much about the graphics. I do believe it will feel a lot different when playing, than looking at screenshots.

One of the reasons i liked Gothic 1 is because it was somewhat plain which is a thing i consider nice.

Not to mention that you can also change the settings of gamma, brightness and contrast to change the colors.

You know what Sem? That sounds like a really simple piece of advice, yet most people(me) don't think about it till they've(still me) fallen into the same dark hole five times because they(me again) couldn't see it.

Finally I've started to tune up Gothic automatically(it's too dark for me, I can't see anything inside caves etc when it's on default) but I only started doing that after my 10th run or something through it.

What I'm trying to say is - could you please remind me to customize my settings when going through Gothic 3 for the first time?

they look beautiful to me and probably the blurry ones are just bad screenshots screenshots really dont do justice for a game compared to ingame.

so will see when we actually play it , im glad they used a new engine at first when they said they were using a new engine i was disapointed cause i liked the first two and i thought it would turn into a piece of crap like doom 3 or something but turned out nice , love the forestly part and the monsters i love the new orcs and the scavengers.

I wonder what they sound like , i hated the noise those scavengers made in the first game was so annoying just wanted to slit there throat
