Hi all 
I've been happily playing Gothic 2 for the last few weeks, and I was quite near the end (I think) when my new hard drive went ballistic - and I lost 40GB of data.
Included was my Gothic 2 directory, and with it, my game saves. The pain!
I do not want to traipse through the game again, not after I was so close. So, I am here with a plea.
Can someone post a save game with a position near my own? I had just finished off the last dragon in the valley of mines and was about to go to the island, when the hard drive went belly up. I chose the Paladin path.

What guild? What level were you? Reason is I have 2 near that part of game.
One for Paladin and one for Mercenary/thief. Would hate to change your experience too much.

that makes us two my HDD died also when i was almost at the end of the Gothic 2 lol weird isnt it  tho that was 6 months back if i remember correctly |
