Help needed again :)

Well this time its with textures. I have seccesfully retextured and made a sword, armor and few other minor things. But i got stuck with monsters. I retextured the hunger too a bright red color (with Photoshop). And done everything the same as with armor and all but this time when I create a new creature (Fire Hunger) the texture is applied but it says :

"Creature (hunger2) has no animation groups.

Morrowind will crash!

Continue running executable ...

Yes or No"

I would apply the previous animations but the animation button is gray. What too do ? Is there a way to fix it or do i need 3D studio max to make something ?

You have to copy & retexture another NIF, and a KF. Generally there're these files:

-Hunger.NIF
-XHunger.NIF
-XHunger.KF

Now your creature must have these files:

-New_Hunger.NIF
-XNew_Hunger.NIF
-XNew_Hunger.KF

The first two must be retextured, and the last is just copied and renamed.
