Just wanted to say hi. I just registered so that I can be involved in a community that is a little smaller than the Elder Scrolls forum (and is a little more stable at the moment).  I am not a newbie (in the sense that I know about the game), but have one question. When should the game ship if I am in the "Second Wave"? I ordered it the week it went gold. Thanks in advance. |

Hi. Welcome to the boards. This community is just great. I have been visiting for quite some time, just not posting a lot. 
I am not sure what you mean by second wave. But if you put your order in recently, it should only be a couple days away. Prolly Monday. |

I am also in the "second wave" of orders from bethesda. I got a notice yesterday saying it had been shipped and gave me a tracking number. It will arrive at my house on monday. |

Do any of you know if I can sneak up on someone, and instead of stabing them with short blade, can I use a long blade? |

as far as i know you can sneak up and backstab with any weapon at 4x the damage. but they have to NOT notice you the entire time. sneak, invisibility, ect... |

Yes, rhett, you should. I, too, was in the 2nd wave of orders, and I got an email last week that my order was shipping. I then got an order status update from UPS with my tracking # and all that other garbage. I know that Bethsoft is absolutely swamped right now, but you still should have received something from UPS. They shipped it ground unless you paid more for next day shipping...mine is taking 7 days (5 business days) to arrive...

I emailed them, they told me it should ship today, but still no email... I better get the game soon. 80 bucks is a lot of money to me (I'm only 15, so cant have a job, except washing cars, ect.). I spent most of my birthday/work money on it. I was hoping I would get it at least comprably to when stores got it. Now, I wish I would have just got it at Best Buy... ahh... |
